Do you know a MAHE member you feel deserves recognition for their work and contributions?The Distinguished Home Economist Award is presented annually to a deserving member of MAHE who has dedicated time and energy throughout their career to serving and improving the profession of Home Economics in Manitoba. This year the award will be presented in person at the MAHE Annual General Meeting during the week of November 23-27, 2026 (watch the Events area for details on the AGM date).The nominee must be a MAHE member in good standing and must have held a MAHE membership for 5 consecutive years, participates in the professional association, contributes to the advanced development of the profession and association, and demonstrates leadership and enthusiasm for the profession and association. Previous winners are not eligible.
